 The frite reigns supreme! Bringing the Belgian frite stand to Abilene, the kitchen at Grain Theory cuts them thick, brines them overnight, and fries them twice for frites that are thicker, fluffier, and crispier than the traditional French fry. Frites are paired with a list of sauces made in-house and a menu that is both fun and creative. In addition to our authentic frites, our menu features house made sausages, salads, grain bowls, and beer infused specialties. Each dish at Grain Theory is prepared to be delicious on its own, but also thoughtfully designed to pair with our beers. Cheers!
