GRAIN THEORY AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

Upon execution of this agreement between Grain Theory Downtown, LLC (dba “Grain Theory”), Grain Theory Ambassadors (or GT Ambassador/s, or GTA) will be eligible for the following benefits:

• One (1) pre-paid (complimentary) draft beer (or coffee) of standard size per day on premises at Grain Theory’s place of business so long as Grain Theory is open during normal business hours (certain draft beers may be excluded or served at reduced quantity).

• $150 PYO Card; One (1) GTA tumbler; a Merch pak

• 10% discount on food, coffee, merchandise, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Limited exclusions may apply.

• An invitation to an annual founding members party.

• Early access to purchase special release beers.
